The topic of nutrition, along with all the information available out there can be confusing.  Debunk nutrition myths, learn about how some supplements can boost your health and performance, and investigate superfoods to optimize your energy.

Every one of us can benefit from increased knowledge about nutrition, especially an athlete.  Our presentation cover a wide variety of topics for sports teams, clubs, athletes and the parents who feed them, or any group of people looking to increase their knowledge in order to make informed decisions

Groups can be large, for a seminar style presentation reaching many minds, or small groups for a more intimate feel workshop style presentation. Whether your sport requires the athletes to learn some basic nutrition strategies to enable them to perform at their best and feel good doing it, or whether you have elite athletes wanting to fine tune some specific component of their nutritional routine, we will customize a presentation for you.
