During the technique sessions you will learn about specific drills and swimming techniques that will improve your stroke and help you to swim more efficiently.

These workouts will incorporate the drills learned in the technique session as well as added aerobic components to improve swimming endurance.
Get coached by an NCCP certified swim coach with experience as a previous National level Competitive Swimmer and a World Medallist in Age Group Triathlon.
